Work experience:
Tatiana is an experienced attorney-at-law and leads the Litigation Practice at ALG Legal, representing both private and corporate clients in Poland and in international cases. Her practice has a particular focus on international commercial disputes, complex business litigation involving foreign elements, extradition cases and matters requiring coordination across different legal systems. She supports clients throughout the entire dispute process, from developing the legal strategy and assessing risks to courtroom representation and handling highly complex proceedings. Her previous experience in international corporations allows her to approach legal matters not only from a strictly legal perspective, but also with a strong understanding of the commercial environment in which her clients operate. She works closely with clients from Eastern Europe and Russian-speaking markets, as well as with Polish companies operating internationally. She is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
