Lidziya Razhkova is an entrepreneur and lawyer with more than 20 years of professional experience. Her career has taken her from corporate lawyer positions at large market-leading companies, including Alutech Group, to Head of the Legal Department at ARTOX Group and General Counsel of an international legal group headquartered in Prague with a presence in 10 countries across Central and Eastern Europe.
Her extensive in-house experience enables Lidziya to approach legal and tax matters not only as an external adviser, but also from the perspective of a business owner and executive, with a strong understanding of internal business processes, commercial objectives and long-term client risks.
In 2016, Lidziya was recommended by the international legal directory Legal 500 in the field of corporate law. In the same year, she became Partner and Director of BusinessAdvisers Law&Tax Firm, which for many years advised international businesses, including companies in the IT sector.
Since January 2021, Lidziya has been actively practising Polish law. At ALG Legal, she heads the Tax Practice and Accounting Department and focuses on international taxation and business structuring for owners of international companies, IT entrepreneurs and tech founders.
She advises clients on efficient corporate and tax structures, changes of tax residency, relocation of business owners, international expansion, investment transactions, intellectual property ownership and preparation of companies for M&A transactions.
In recent years, Lidziya and the firm's legal and accounting teams have worked with more than 200 IT and technology companies. This practical experience allows her to assess business structures comprehensively, taking into account not only current tax efficiency, but also company value, asset protection, future growth opportunities and the personal risks faced by business owners.
Lidziya is a regular speaker at professional and business conferences and contributes as an expert to business media on tax and corporate law, international structuring and doing business in Europe.
Lidziya lives and works between Poland and Spain and is actively involved in developing ALG Legal's international practice for entrepreneurs and companies operating across multiple jurisdictions.
